How do I turn off auto-renew?

To turn off auto-renew, please make sure that you are logged in to your account. Navigate to your Dashboard, select Account Settings, then select Manage/View under the Billing and Subscription section.

On the Subscription Details page, scroll down to the purchase and select Cancel Auto Renewal. Select your reason for canceling. Check the box below to verify, then click on the Confirm button.

Note: Continued subscriptions and subscribers were previously known as memberships and members, respectively.
